Hiya. 3.5 weeks of school left until I've finished my first year as a vet student. This crazy year has been fun, exciting, sad, frustrating... pretty much any emotion that you can possibly feel, is what I've felt during vet school. This morning we took our second written neurology exam and monogastric physiology exam. And while I know that our class is complaining about neuro, I'm upset about monogastric because it was POO!!!
I honestly have no one to blame but myself, BUTTTTTT.... I do think that she totally F-ed us. I know that we're not supposed to only study old exams, and maybe they are trying to get away from us doing that so much because that's pretty much all we do as freshmen.. study old exams that our sophomore gave us! But she totally re-vamped the whole test. It was nothing like the last 3 years worth of exams. Even if I HAD studied harder, I don't think I would have been able to answer the questions regardless.
I studied pretty hard for neuro and I ended up getting an 84 on it, which isn't horrible since it was a damn hard test. So I'm okay with that... but physiology tests just keep messing me up like no other. OY.
Anyhoo. That's my venting for the week. Now I'm going to go bleed some pigs in a couple of hours. Ciao!
