Mogwai?

Hi there! How's it going? I just finished a physiology test and am waiting to go to a meeting at noon. I (very lucikly) was one of the people chosen to be an ambassador for our class and they are going to go over everything so that they can prepare us to give tours and all that good stuff. =) This test was actually not that bad, which is good for me because I really needed a booster for this test because I didn't do that great on the first one. Now I need to start getting ready for Gross Anatomy which is next Friday.. and that's going to be a pretty big test.. we have the lecture and lab tests on the same day. Oh the joy... =/

On more exciting news, we might be getting a kitten! Dr. Abel has a kitten that one of her clients couldn't keep (found as a stray) and she brought it into the lab yesterday... Of course I had to go and hold him and love him...! But Mike and I really did want to get another cat so that Faceman could have a buddy. Face always trys to play with Cory and he's just like.. CAT, GO AWAY..! I mean, sometimes they play, but it's not really the same. I'm thinking a kitten would be great for Face because he'd really get to grow and like Face... not like Moose who didn't want to accept Faceman... poor Faceman.. he keeps getting rejected! hehe. So she's going to call me later today to drop him off and I'm going to keep him for the weekend and see how it goes. My plan is to keep the kitten in the study room or bedroom until Face becomes interested in meeting him (which I think will be fairly quickly).. Then I'll let them meet through the carrier for a day, then maybe let him out if Faceman doesn't show any aggression.

So... I'll let you know how that goes! Oh.. and I think I'm going to name him Mogwai. He's a tabby.. I hope he doesn't turn out to be evil like Jason's cat.... Never in my life did I imagine that I of all people, would own two cats! I always considered myself a "dog person" before I met Face... and now that I have Face.. and seen the wonderful side of cat life... I really can't say that I'm one or the other. I love BOTH! Cats and dogs are both wonderful! =)
