Wow. I can't believe that I have survived the first semester of vet school! I mean, I didn't expect to flunk out or anything, but it was pretty rough... It was a little easier in the beginning.. then things started getting complicated... in terms of school work, the amount of studying required, and even dealing with classmates... all got tougher as the semester went on. It's definitely going to be a challange getting through the rest of vet school. But I think the 4th year will be the best when we're actually in clinics. So I'm definitely looking forward to that!!
Right now I'm studying for my what is pretty much my last final. Hoorah! It's gross anatomy of course... I wish I had one more day to study for it... =/ I guess I wish that about all of my tests! =P In order for me to get an A in this class, I need to get a 180/200 on the final, which... I'm not sure can happen. =/ I'm pretty borderline in this class. It sucks because I did pretty well in lab... but I didn't do as well on the lecture portions. I feel like I spent so much time in lab and getting great scores on the lab tests... I really feel like I deserve that A! But I'm sure lots of students feel that way about their grade (minus the people that actually are getting A's and don't have to try that hard for the final). I hope I can do it!!! =/
Therefore... back to studying. I'm flying back to California this Sunday. I'm excited!! In N' Out, here I come!! haha. ;)
